Our website address is: https://trianglefscnc.org/. Triangle Figure Skating Club of North Carolina (“TFSC,” “we,” “us”) is a U.S. Figure Skating member club serving skaters across the Triangle area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so a board member can respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Membership registration, test sign-ups, and payments are handled through Entryeeze, a third-party registration platform. Any personal or payment information you submit through Entryeeze is collected and processed under Entryeeze’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Photos and media

We periodically publish photos from club events, ice shows, and competitions on this site and on our social media pages. If you or your skater would prefer not to appear in photos we publish, please let us know at the email address below and we will accommodate your request going forward.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and may collect basic, non-identifying analytics (such as page views) to help us understand how the site is used. These cookies do not store personal information beyond standard browser and usage data.

What rights you have over your data

You can request a copy of the information you have submitted to us through the contact form, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing us at the address below. This does not extend to information you have submitted directly to third-party services such as Entryeeze, Facebook, or Instagram.
