Triangle Formation Synchronized Skating thrives to become the leading synchronized skating organization in the South. We believe in empowering and inspiring each member of our program, and work towards helping our athletes reach their goals, while holding on to key fundamentals like kindness, dedication, skill and team work.
Together we are one Formation. We believe in an inclusive team environment that supports everyone, and pushes us all to become just a little bit better everyday – both in skating and in life.
Our 60+ Athletes, 6 Teams and Coaching Staff work hard towards building a program that provides opportunities, family, friendship and learning for anyone who is looking to become a better version of themselves on and off the ice, and have an amazing time doing it! We strive to guide our teams and athletes to meet their goals and dreams with excellence and passion.
Providing the best quality instruction and education to our athletes is our priority. Our current Coaching Staff consists of Synchronized Skating World Medalists, an Olympic Medalist, Team USA athletes, a Team USA Dance Coach, and Freestyle experts, ready to empower and inspire.
Triangle Formation is a fast growing non-profit (501c3) organization that merged the previous Triangle Ice Gliders and Raleigh Rockers programs in the Triangle Area of North Carolina. The organization has been led by World Champion Jannika Lilja since April 2016.
